MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2001 7:30 PM
The Brevard City Council met in regular session on Monday, November 5, 2001 at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building with Mayor Jimmy Harris presiding. Those in attendance were:
Mayor Harris, Council Members Rodney Locks, Otto Hahn, Malcolm Johnson, Cindy Platt and Tracey Love. Also in attendance were City Manager Rick Howell, City Clerk Glenda Sansosti and City Attorney Mike Pratt.

Contract Award for Purchase of Tymco Diesel 600 Street Sweeper for the Public Works Using the “Piggyback” Method: Resolution No. 57-2001
Upon motion by Mr. Hahn, seconded by Ms. Love and unanimously passed on the Consent Agenda, Resolution No. 57-01, A Resolution Awarding Contract for the Purchase of a Tymco Diesel 600 Street Sweeper for the Public Works Department Using the “Piggyback” Method was adopted and approved. Said contract is awarded to Twin States Equipment, Inc., Marshville, North Carolina
