Our definition of recondition is to restore to good condition. It is less expensive than completely refurbished. Recondition means satisfactory but not as like new. Reconditioned means if the wear part of the sweeper has 25% of it’s life left then go ahead and replace it. Recondition is less expensive than refurbished but it is also not cheap, it is expensive work.
